Konary ((ドイツ語:Kunern) or ''ドイツ語:Cunern'') is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wińsko, within Wołów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. It lies approximately south-west of Wińsko, north-west of Wołów, and north-west of the regional capital Wrocław. Under Prussian rule, the world's first factory for extracting sugar from sugar beets was opened in 1801 in Konary (then known as Kunern). ==References==
